1. Digital Product Notice

All eSIM products sold by eSIMers are digital goods delivered electronically. Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned and the eSIM has been installed on a device, the product is considered fully delivered and consumed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this digital delivery.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or installed
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • The issue is not caused by device incompatibility or carrier lock (it is your responsibility to verify eSIM compatibility before purchasing)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The eSIM QR code has been scanned or the eSIM has been installed
  • The plan has been partially or fully used
  • The device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked
  • The request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • The issue is caused by network coverage limitations in the destination country (coverage depends on local carrier partners)

4. How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
