Welcome to eSIMers. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our eSIM products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Products & Services

eSIMers provides eSIM data plans for international travel. All plans are digital products delivered electronically. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on network partners in each country and may vary.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment must be completed in full before an eSIM is issued. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. eSIM Delivery & Activation

After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Activation is your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or device incompatibility.

5. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general, refunds are only available for unused eSIMs where the QR code has not been scanned.

7. Limitation of Liability

eSIMers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our eSIM services, including data loss, connectivity issues, or network outages beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with relevant legal procedures.
